  ARMY personnel management is about to be revolutionised, with personnel soon having more flexibility and greater control over their careers. The Army People Plan is the centrepiece of plans under development that will be implemented later this year. DGPers-A Brig Gerard Fogarty said while  there had been a focus on what force structure we want and how we will achieve it, we haven’t had an enabling plan to focus on our people.
